Part‑time Sales Advisor – Retail (8 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable part‑time Sales Advisor to join our Samsonite store in Westfield Shopping Centre. Working 8 hours per week, you will deliver exceptional customer service, showcase our product range and help maximise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product advice and demonstrations, and create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately, handle complaints and phone enquiries in line with company policy.
• Maintain store presentation, stock rooms and merchandising displays.
• Receive deliveries, check for discrepancies and assist with stock counts.
• Follow security and cash‑handling procedures, and ensure the store is clean and orderly.
• Answer telephone enquiries, relay messages and support administrative tasks.
• Arrive 10 minutes before shift, report absences promptly and attend scheduled training.

Required profile

• Availability to start as soon as possible and work 8 hours per week on‑site.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to follow company procedures.
