Payroll Specialist – Kenitra Plant

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join its Kenitra plant. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll services.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with MS Office tools.
• Experience using Sage payroll software.
