People Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic People Manager to lead and scale our people operations in a fast‑growing tech startup. You will own talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and employee experience, working closely with cross‑functional teams to build a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
• Create and manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers.
• Onboard new hires, ensuring they have the tools, environment, and information to succeed.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource, handling day‑to‑day employee queries and ad‑hoc requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including research, document editing, and meeting coordination.
• Partner with people managers to design career progression and personal development roadmaps.
• Track, analyze, and improve employee satisfaction, retention, time‑to‑hire, and offer‑to‑hire metrics.
• Manage external partners such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
• Organise company events that reflect our unique culture.
• Lead the Learning & Development agenda, sourcing materials and establishing repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in People, Talent, or HR generalist roles.
• Broad exposure to multiple talent functions and familiarity with employment law.
• Proven track record of delivering results in People Operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
