Planning & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Planning & Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for launching, coordinating and controlling the progress of work orders in line with the Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling (MPS) system. Based in Fez, you will work closely with production teams to ensure timely execution of orders and maintain optimal workflow on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, coordinate and monitor work orders according to the MPS.
• Provide weekly feedback to planning on operational constraints and daily coordination with production teams.
• Check order readiness, analyse MRP exception messages and convert planned orders into work orders.
• Track daily progress of work orders with Elementary Production Units and line managers.
• Maintain visual management of priorities on the shop floor.
• Alert planning and supply‑chain managers to issues such as missing parts, quality problems or production stoppages.
• Manage work‑order information flow, including job release and material consumption.
• Represent supply chain in production line 5‑minute meetings and contribute to reducing throughput time and WIP.
• Observe EHS rules and participate in safety observation visits.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain.
• 2‑4 years of logistics experience in an industrial environment.
• Team‑management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
