Planning & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Planning & Customer Service Coordinator to join its manufacturing team in Fez. You will apply your logistics and planning expertise to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing plans, working closely with production, supply‑chain and planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, coordinate and control Work Orders according to the Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling (MPS) system.
• Provide weekly feedback to planning teams and update the MPS based on operational constraints.
• Check readiness of planned orders and ensure timely Work Order launches.
• Analyze exception messages in the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Monitor Work Order progress, maintain adherence to schedules and communicate priorities on the shop floor.
• Alert planning and supply‑chain managers about issues impacting plan execution.
• Manage information workflows for Work Orders, including job release and material consumption.
• Represent Supply Chain in production line meetings and respect EHS rules.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain.
• Experience in logistics within an industrial environment.
• Team‑management experience and knowledge of industrial planning processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Strategic, methodical thinking and an agile, inclusive attitude.
