Plant Controller (Interim) – Casablanca

About the role

This interim, full-time position is based on-site in Casablanca. The Plant Controller will manage the plant’s financial statements, fixed assets, cost accounting and provide analytical support to finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Production and Supply Chain teams in plant meetings and reviews.
• Assist with COGS calculation, financial impact analysis of new initiatives and process improvement.
• Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, charges and volume validation.
• Prepare flash reports, rolling forecasts and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze CAPEX projects, perform NPV and IRR calculations and support capital request documentation.
• Update and analyse quarterly standard cost estimates and monitor material and productivity variances.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, US GAAP and internal control policies.
• Manage SAP-related issues and contribute to SAP + BPC projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance and controlling experience in a multinational industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently on-site.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Relevant qualification in finance or accounting.
