About the role
COFICAB, a global leader in automotive wire and cable manufacturing, is seeking a Plant Manager Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the plant manager in its Moroccan operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and prioritize the plant manager’s commitments, managing calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and conferences.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, teleconferences and visits, welcoming guests and directing inquiries.
- Handle phone calls, take messages, provide information and redirect calls as needed.
- Gather data, prepare presentations, documents and reports to support decision‑making.
- Maintain effective correspondence and ensure compliance with defined policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) in Management or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong work prioritization, schedule management and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professional communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
