PMO Support Consultant – Banking & Digital Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMO Support Consultant to support a leading banking and digital marketplace initiative in Casablanca, Morocco. The role will focus on coordinating merchant integrations and partnerships, working closely with business, technology, legal, compliance, regulatory, operations and external partner teams to ensure projects progress smoothly through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end merchant and partner integrations across business, operational, regulatory, legal and technical workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, risk & issue registers, dependency trackers and status dashboards.
• Gather, structure and document business and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory, compliance, tax, currency and governance-related activities.
• Support the preparation, review and closure of contracts, NDAs, commercials and partnership documentation.
• Organize governance meetings and working sessions, capturing decisions, actions, owners and timelines.
• Act as a central coordination point between bank teams, merchants, vendors, service providers and other partners.
• Track delivery blockers and dependencies, escalate issues and follow through to resolution.
• Prepare clear management updates and ensure project documentation remains complete and audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Experience in PMO, project coordination or project management within banking, financial services, fintech, payments or digital partnerships.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams.
• Good understanding of project governance, requirements documentation, issue tracking and reporting.
• Exposure to regulatory, compliance, commercial and contractual activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in French and English is preferred.
• Experience with merchant onboarding, payment ecosystems, marketplace platforms or digital integrations is an advantage.
• Experience working with banks, payment networks, fintechs, merchants, technology providers or consulting firms is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification would be an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite in Casablanca, Morocco.
