Power BI Data Analyst

About the role

As a Power BI Data Analyst within AXA Global Business Services Morocco, you will join the Distribution BI & Data Tribe of the Information Systems Department. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining secure, scalable reporting solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support data projects from requirements definition through delivery of advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive, dynamic dashboards using Power BI Desktop, Service and Reporting Services.
• Ensure performance, security and governance of reporting solutions, including optimization and incident troubleshooting.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, functional specifications and maintain report lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+5 engineering degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and IT teams.

• Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Reporting Services
• DAX (measures, KPIs, calculated columns)
• Power Query and M language for data transformation
• Data modeling and semantic model design
• Power Automate for workflow and report refresh automation
• ETL best practices and data integration with multiple sources
• Databricks, data lake architectures and modern big‑data ecosystems
• UX/UI best practices for intuitive dashboard design
