Pre‑Sales Engineer – Apple Enterprise Solutions

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Engineer will act as the technical champion for Apple enterprise solutions, partnering with sales, channel partners and customers to drive adoption and digital transformation. You will design, demonstrate and validate solutions that integrate Apple devices into mixed‑IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment and related enterprise services.
• Create and deliver solution proposals, demos, proofs‑of‑concept and respond to RFPs.
• Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops and product trainings.
• Assist enterprise IT teams with security, compliance and integration of Apple devices into Windows/Active Directory landscapes.
• Maintain relationships with Apple regional teams, ecosystem partners and key enterprise accounts.
• Provide post‑sale technical support to ensure customer adoption and value realization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting or enterprise IT.
• Fluent English; Arabic or French a plus.
• Apple certifications (e.g., ACSP, Jamf 200/300) preferred.
