Principal Product Manager, Client Engagement (Morocco)

About the role

Circles, a global technology company founded in 2014 that helps telco operators launch digital brands through its SaaS platform, is looking for a Principal Product Manager for its client engagement role in Morocco (Rabat). The post is the local representative for implementing and running a client's new mobile telco business on the global SaaS platform, combining technical knowledge, client-facing skills and knowledge of local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Work with client delivery teams, the core product team, third-party partners and engineering teams to deliver client outcomes
• Bridge the global product team and local market needs, aligning objectives, capabilities and requirements
• Drive product strategy and roadmap, and define detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
• Take part in sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint reviews
• Ensure product readiness across product, engineering, operations, go-to-market and customer support, and certify the product before release
• Refine the value proposition and go-to-market approach, keep up with market trends and competitors, and integrate the customer voice into product development
• Identify risks in product implementation and solve problems to ensure successful releases

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in product management, client services or similar roles
• Experience managing senior client and stakeholder relationships
• SaaS or technology environment experience with B2B and B2C exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Experience in product localization and service integrations
