Principal – Technology Consulting

About the role

BCG Platinion is seeking an experienced Principal to join its Casablanca office. You will work directly with client leadership to define and execute IT strategies that unlock digital potential, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies and BCG’s collaborative consulting model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges and design tailored digital transformation road‑maps.
• Lead multidisciplinary case teams, ensuring high‑impact delivery and alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and champion IT strategies that incorporate cloud, AI, blockchain, micro‑services and containerization.
• Coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and secure buy‑in for recommended solutions.
• Represent BCG Platinion in thought‑leadership activities and contribute to firm‑wide knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven track record in technology consulting or IT leadership at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging C‑suite executives.
• Experience working in international, matrixed environments.
