Principal – Technology Transformation Leader

About the role

BCG Platinion is seeking an experienced Principal to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives for top‑tier clients. Based in Casablanca, you will work directly with C‑level executives to shape strategic technology agendas and drive high‑impact change.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement technology‑driven business strategies aligned with client priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex transformation programs.
• Engage senior stakeholders to secure alignment and champion digital initiatives.
• Design innovative digital platforms, enterprise architectures, and technology road‑maps.
• Advise clients on emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, data analytics, blockchain, and microservices.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior technology leadership or consulting roles.
• Strong experience interacting with C‑level and senior leadership teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change in fast‑paced environments.
