Private Label Fragrance & Beauty Project Manager

About the role

The Private Label Fragrance & Beauty Project Manager will coordinate new fragrance and beauty‑product projects from client concept through sampling, supplier coordination and commercial launch. The role bridges client briefs, ingredient selection, supplier management, sample approval and final launch.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, structure and translate client briefs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate fragrance‑house submissions, essential‑oil and ingredient selection.
• Manage private‑label manufacturers, organise samples, track revisions and support packaging decisions.
• Maintain development timelines, technical documentation and commercial quotations.
• Lead projects from concept through launch readiness, ensuring clear client communication and coordination of international suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance, cosmetics, beauty or luxury private‑label product development.
• Strong client‑facing and supplier‑coordination skills.
• Excellent command of French and English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational discipline.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fragrance families, benchmarks, intensity, longevity and concentration.
• Understanding of private‑label manufacturing topics such as MOQ, sample approval, packaging sourcing and batch quality approval.

• Indicative gross salary of MAD 28,000–42,000 per month, depending on experience.
