Process Engineer – Process, Chemistry & Industrial

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for a Process Engineer to own and optimise manufacturing processes within its semiconductor production sites. The role requires strong autonomy, cross‑functional communication and a focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain process system ownership and ensure compliance with QHSE, ISO and IATF standards.
• Analyse non‑conformities, define corrective and preventive actions, and manage incident reporting.
• Monitor customer performance indicators such as PPM, processing time and satisfaction.
• Support internal and external audits, and collaborate with multiple departments to guarantee product and process compliance.
• Lead development, qualification and implementation of new manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Process Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, rigor and ability to work in a team.
