Procurement Manager North Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager for North Africa to drive strategic sourcing, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across the region. You will play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable value, maintaining supply continuity, and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts, monitor utilization, and communicate new agreements locally.
• Execute strategic sourcing activities aligned with group category management strategy.
• Lead sourcing initiatives for all procurement categories, analyze market trends, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize total cost of ownership, service quality, and SLA/KPI performance.
• Align internal stakeholder requirements with procurement actions and collaborate with group category leaders.
• Define and implement supplier segmentation models and maintain long‑term supplier relationships.
• Oversee administration activities, ensure compliance with processes and policies, and approve purchase orders.
• Manage master data, including onboarding new suppliers and updating supplier information in the system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and evaluate sourcing opportunities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal, HR, and other departments.
• Excellent negotiation skills and focus on delivering value through total cost of ownership.
