Procurement & Pre-Production Specialist

About the role

The Procurement & Pre‑Production Specialist will be responsible for sourcing raw materials and ensuring they are available to meet production schedules. This role works closely with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials in line with production requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain effective communication.
• Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery.
• Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules.
• Resolve supply chain and delivery issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support cost‑reduction and procurement optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
