Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences for short‑term rental property management. You will work directly with the founders and engineers at Base360.ai to design dashboards, AI interactions, onboarding flows and guest journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes to final interfaces.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished UI.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, gather feedback and iterate post‑launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration while maintaining quality.
• Identify problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design excellence.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto‑layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding essential details.
