Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Imedia24 GmbH is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape user‑centric experiences for its product suite and back‑office system. You will join a cross‑functional agile team, collaborating with developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside UX/UI designers, software developers, product managers and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Iterate continuously to improve the user experience of existing and new digital features, from discovery and research to production‑ready, pixel‑perfect UI.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests and translate findings into journeys, mock‑ups and prototypes.
• Advocate for the user, ensuring usability and consistency across all digital touch‑points.
• Communicate regularly with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and needs.
• Balance user, business and technical constraints while providing clear design rationale.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Maintain, use and challenge the existing design system.
• Mentor and be a role model for fellow UX/UI designers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing product design work and case studies.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions in English.
• Strong visual design sense and clean aesthetic.
• Experience working autonomously in fast‑paced, agile environments.
