Product & Digital Content Specialist

About the role

Pay10 Morocco, the regional office of a global payment solutions provider, is looking for a creative, versatile and digitally savvy Product & Digital Content Specialist to support both its Product and Marketing functions. The role sits at the intersection of product communication, visual design and digital content creation, turning payment solutions, product features and customer journeys into clear, engaging and visually compelling content.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Product Manager to turn product features and payment solutions into explainers, presentations, infographics, user guides, FAQs and educational materials, including merchant and agent communication kits.
• Create visual assets for digital platforms, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, banners and POS materials, keeping brand guidelines in mind.
• Produce short videos, product demos, Reels and animations, including basic motion graphics, and adapt content to different channels and audiences.
• Support the Marketing team in digital campaigns, contribute to creative concepts and keep design files, templates and assets organised.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, visual communication or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, digital content, marketing materials and video editing.
• Fluency in French and Arabic, with the ability to create content in Moroccan Darija; professional working proficiency in English.
• Preferred: fintech, digital payments, banking, e-commerce or tech experience; product marketing knowledge; basic UX/UI design knowledge; experience launching a new brand, product or service.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
• Video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Preferred: Figma, Adobe After Effects, AI-powered creative tools, and basic motion design
