Product Documentation and Training Engineer (Networking & VoIP)

About the role

Grandstream Networks, a provider of unified communications and networking solutions headquartered in Boston and deployed in over 150 countries, is hiring a full-time, on-site Product Documentation and Training Engineer (Networking & VoIP) in the Prefecture of Casablanca. The role covers creating, maintaining and updating technical documentation for networking and VoIP products, and developing and delivering training for internal teams, partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update technical documentation such as product manuals, deployment guides and configuration instructions.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions, in person and virtually, so users understand product features and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and support teams to gather technical information.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content.
• Manage documentation versions and repositories, improve documentation quality, monitor user feedback and align training resources with product releases.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience creating and structuring manuals and user guides for technical audiences.
• Experience delivering technical training or presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site in Casablanca and in an international environment.

Required skills

• Technical writing and documentation for networking and VoIP products.
• Solid understanding of IP networking, VoIP technologies, SIP and related protocols.
• Document management: organizing, versioning and maintaining documentation repositories.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and teamwork across functions.
