Product Engineer – AI‑Powered Short‑Term Rental Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer to help shape and scale Base360.ai, an AI‑operating system for short‑term rental operators. You will work directly with founders, designers and property‑manager users to turn real operational problems into reliable, customer‑facing software.

Key responsibilities

• Understand property‑manager workflows, identify friction points and define which problems to solve.
• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, FastAPI), including dashboards, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows.
• Build event‑driven automations that eliminate repetitive tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communication and owner reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrations and APIs with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software, with a product‑mindset.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and collaborate directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
