Product Lead – AI & Tech Advisory

About the role

Leyton CognitX, the AI & Tech Advisory of Leyton, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Lead to drive strategic direction and execution of operational data management initiatives across multiple projects. The role will translate user requirements into functional specifications while leading a team of Product Owners to ensure alignment and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion product vision, strategy and multi‑horizon roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead, coach and support a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑level partners, aligning product priorities and communicating progress.
• Set standards for user story definition, acceptance criteria and backlog management, ensuring consistency and quality across teams.
• Oversee portfolio‑level release and roadmap planning, managing dependencies and guiding prioritization decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or IT business analysis, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience mentoring Product Owners or cross‑functional product teams.
• Fluent in English and French.
