Product Lead

About the role

Leyton CognitX is seeking a dynamic Product Lead to shape the strategic direction and execution of operational data‑management initiatives across multiple projects. You will translate user requirements into functional specifications while providing leadership and mentorship to a team of Product Owners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a product vision, strategy and multi‑horizon roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Lead, coach and support a team of Product Owners, fostering ownership and high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Set standards for user story definition, acceptance criteria and backlog management.
• Oversee prioritisation across product backlogs, balancing value, complexity and resource constraints.
• Lead release and roadmap planning at portfolio level, managing inter‑team dependencies.
• Act as senior escalation point, removing blockers and guiding architectural decisions.
• Define quality standards and collaborate with QA to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Monitor portfolio‑level KPIs and OKRs, providing performance insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in technology or AI‑focused environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with senior executives.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Demonstrated mentorship and coaching abilities.
