Product Manager – Data Connectivity Portfolio

About the role

As a Product Manager at TE Connectivity you will shape, execute and grow the Data Connectivity portfolio, including T&C and Cable Assemblies, aligning market position and financial returns with corporate and Automotive strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and customer requirements, adapting strategy to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Develop product strategy, roadmap and pricing to improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Create and update the Portfolio Business Plan, and lead cross‑functional execution with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Drive portfolio transformation toward next‑generation solutions, prioritize projects, and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
• Lead conflict resolution, develop marketing materials, train sales teams and define go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business (Master’s a plus); 3‑5 years of industry experience, preferably in Automotive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen and macro‑economic understanding.
• Deep financial knowledge including P&L management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to build relationships and work as a team player.
