Product Manager – Digital Cockpit

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of the next generation Digital Cockpit experience for our customers. The role focuses on creating intuitive driver and passenger interactions across instrument clusters, head‑up displays, infotainment screens and voice‑controlled systems, ensuring safety, efficiency and enjoyment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for digital cockpit interfaces, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, UX and validation teams to translate user needs into functional specifications.
• Lead continuous product discovery, opportunity identification and validation through user research and data analysis.
• Drive product delivery, monitor outcomes, and iterate based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Champion product evangelism internally and externally, aligning stakeholders around the vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive product development, preferably with cockpit or infotainment systems.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, delivery and outcome measurement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and enable teams and organizations to deliver high‑impact products.

Required skills

• Experience with instrument clusters, head‑up displays (HUDs), infotainment and passenger display technologies.
• Knowledge of voice interaction design and driver situational awareness principles.
