Product Manager Ex - AI for HR

About the role

Softtek is hiring a Product Manager Ex to bring AI to HR functions. You will partner with Payroll, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Development and HR Operations leaders to find AI opportunities, build and ship AI agents and automated workflows, and measure their impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to define problems, users and success measures, and map HR processes end to end (hire-to-retire, recruit-to-onboard, pay cycle, compensation cycle)
• Triage requests and choose the right solution: custom AI agent, low-code/no-code build, or AI inside a SaaS app such as Oracle HCM
• Build solutions for payroll checks, compensation planning, Core HR data changes, policy questions, recruiting, onboarding, talent development and HR cases
• Own the AI backlog, rank requests by business value, effort, risk and strategic fit, and write requirements before developing with AI coding assistants
• Set up evaluations for accuracy, fairness, privacy and human review, applying AI governance, security and privacy standards
• Drive adoption with training and enablement, and track time to hire, payroll errors, HR case volume and employee satisfaction

Required profile

• 7+ years in software development, product management, HRIS, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, HR Operations or business systems
• 2+ years building and shipping AI agents and automations yourself with tools such as Glean, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or AWS Bedrock
• Hands-on development with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, including APIs and integrations
• Strong understanding of at least one HR area (Payroll, Compensation, Core HR or Recruiting) and people data privacy
• Ability to earn trust with HR leaders and explain AI in clear business terms
• Fluent English (96-100%)
