Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the launch of our first global SaaS offering at Nove SaaS Lab. The role is based on‑site in Marrakech and focuses on turning market intuition into a product category, not just managing backlogs.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and translate it into a strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with architects, researchers, designers, AI engineers and domain experts to shape the product.
• Prioritize ideas based on value, killing concepts that do not add measurable benefit.
• Conduct user‑behavior research to inform user stories and feature decisions.
• Drive product launch and iteration in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Required profile

• Think in systems before features and can articulate a clear product vision.
• Comfortable making tough decisions and discarding ideas that lack value.
• Prefer data‑driven truth over polished presentations.
• Ability to decode human behavior and translate insights into product requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS product development and roadmap creation.
