Product Owner - Customer Inventory Exposure

About the role

The Product Owner – Enriched Customer Inventory supports the Head of Master Data Management in defining, delivering and managing a global solution for enriched customer inventory. The role covers data from the Federated Customer Inventory and other sources to provide a single source of truth for near‑real‑time inventory data used by portals, APIs and service management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and communicate the inventory strategy and functional roadmap using SAFe methodology.
• Lead the data model design, documentation and governance through Collibra.
• Optimize data quality by working with the Data Quality team to set KPIs, monitor accuracy and drive root‑cause remediation.
• Provide easy, secure access to inventory data via APIs, portals, EDH, PowerBI and other mechanisms.
• Coordinate with commercial process owners and IT teams to prioritize user stories and ensure budgetary coverage.

Required profile

• Academic business degree or equivalent (e.g., business administration, information management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, data processes or quality management.
• Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and translate priorities into delivery.
• Strong project‑management skills and experience working with cross‑functional IT teams.
