Product Owner – Digital Payments

About the role

Own assigned digital‑banking products end‑to‑end from a business perspective, shaping product vision, value proposition, eligibility, pricing, partnerships, customer journeys, roadmap, backlog, delivery, launch readiness and post‑release performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, MVP roadmap, priority features and delivery milestones.
• Prioritize scope based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and regulatory constraints.
• Define product rules such as pricing, fees, limits, eligibility, exceptions and controls.
• Align requirements and obtain approvals from Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Technology, Data and Security stakeholders.
• Build and prioritize the squad backlog, translate business requirements into user stories and supervise agile delivery.
• Monitor product KPIs across acquisition, activation, conversion, usage, revenue, cost, satisfaction and incidents.
• Use customer feedback and performance data to continuously improve journeys and product performance.
• Coordinate dependencies with other squads and support functional testing, release readiness and post‑launch adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, product manager, strategy consultant or senior business analyst in a technology, fintech or financial‑services environment.
• Track record of owning multiple digital‑banking or payment products and working across business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, product economics and KPI‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to work onsite in Casablanca for the full 12‑month assignment.
