Product QA & Localization

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Product QA & Localization specialist to ensure our gaming products deliver the best experience to users across the MENA region. You will manage daily live operations, oversee content localization, and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Localize game content from English to French and Arabic and perform Localization QA (LQA) to maintain quality.
• Operate and maintain live environments, handling bugs, hacks, and operational evaluations.
• Investigate product health performance and analyze live user reports to ensure smooth experiences.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to resolve product‑related issues.
• Gather market and consumer insights to develop proposals for product improvement projects.
• Execute ad‑hoc product‑related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (business or engineering background preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience or recent graduate.
• Strong familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and basic strategic research.
• Passion for gaming and solid knowledge of the MENA gaming market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic, French, and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of meticulous work.
