Product Specialist – Marrakech

About the role

The Product Specialist will own the pharmaceutical portfolio for the Marrakech territory, driving both quantitative and qualitative results while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and market share targets through effective resource deployment.
• Lead prospecting, information sharing, and public‑relations initiatives with physicians and specialist doctors.
• Utilise training sessions, marketing materials, congress participation and other channels to promote products.
• Develop, manage and animate a network of specialist physicians to ensure product adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the territory, ensuring consistent communication and feedback loops.

Required profile

• University degree in Science and/or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High standards of integrity and transparency.
• Strong customer orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self‑driven, autonomous and responsible.
