Production Engineer

About the role

AEOLON MOROCCO, a leading manufacturer of wind turbine blades, is seeking a Production Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Nador. You will play a key part in driving productivity, quality and efficiency across the production line while supporting the company’s renewable‑energy mission.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise production processes to boost productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Analyse production data and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and other process‑optimisation projects.
• Develop and update work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Investigate production issues, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in new product introductions and process validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Track production KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar approaches is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
