Production Manager – Automotive Manufacturing (Kenitra)

About the role

Inteva Products is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its automotive manufacturing plant in Kenitra. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the plant meets quality, safety, and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily assembly and production schedules to achieve volume targets while minimizing downtime.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and OEE initiatives to eliminate waste and improve equipment effectiveness.
• Enforce automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949 and coordinate routine audits.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor supervisors, technicians, and floor staff to build a high‑performance culture.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance to maintain a zero‑accident workplace.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of automotive manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems decisively, and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MES software and production scheduling tools.
• Strong data‑driven performance‑metric analysis.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) knowledge.
• Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) concepts.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 automotive quality framework.
