Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Rabat electronics plant. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and continuous improvement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs such as efficiency, output, scrap, RPPM, IPPM and WIP.
• Lead and manage production supervisors to achieve production plans and customer delivery expectations.
• Develop and execute action plans to meet forecast commitments and WIP inventory targets.
• Collaborate with quality, training and HR teams on problem solving, skill development and new‑product ramp‑up.
• Drive layout changes, line flexibility and labor optimization.
• Maintain IATF 16949 and LPOF certifications with green status and implement safety action plans.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through CI training, Kaizen events, workshops and monthly rewards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 4‑10 years of experience in a similar production management role.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and team‑building abilities.
• Proven experience implementing lean or continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Fluent communication skills in French and English.
