Production Planner – Trim Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Planner focused on trim operations to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules while ensuring customer needs are met and constraints are respected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules, prioritizing customer requirements.
• Coordinate workflow across one or multiple projects to maximize performance.
• Monitor production output versus schedule at each work centre.
• Communicate order changes, variations, and report related issues.
• Address disruptions promptly to minimise impact on delivery.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Maintain target inventory levels and service rates.
• Support new product launches and ensure smooth end‑of‑life transitions.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure customer coverage.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar production planning role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles.
• Working knowledge of MRP, MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good mathematical and statistical abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• High school diploma; further education or certification is a plus.
