Production Unit Coordinator – Manufacturing

About the role

As a Production Unit Coordinator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining key production equipment in a fast‑paced snacking environment. You will apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to keep the line running safely, efficiently and at high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned processes, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards.
• Execute standard work using both AM and progressive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
• Participate in shutdown maintenance, root‑cause analysis, stop‑reduction initiatives, loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

Required profile

• Motivation to drive personal career growth.
• Experience with machine operations and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
• Strong reading and writing skills in the language used on site.
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse work environment.
