Professional Services Specialist – French Language

About the role

Acronis is seeking a bilingual Professional Services Specialist to act as the single point of contact for partners and end‑customers. The role combines technical consulting, project management, and account stewardship to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction while supporting revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responses to RFIs, RFPs, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Draft PSA and SOW documents in partnership with Sales and Legal.
• Create and manage project plans for implementation, consulting, and integration projects.
• Coordinate with Datacenter Operations, R&D, Support and other teams to resolve technical roadblocks.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the full Acronis product portfolio and provide expert consultations.
• Review customer implementation plans and recommend best‑practice approaches.
• Present new product functionality and guide customers through evaluations.
• Monitor customer run rates, develop remediation plans, and track incidents and feature requests.
• Prepare executive summaries, root‑cause analysis reports, and quarterly review meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager in software or systems integration.
• 3+ years of hands‑on technical experience with SaaS, IaaS, storage, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, and REST APIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to interact with C‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
