Project Management Assistant (PMA)

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Project Management Assistant (PMA) to support its engineering projects across automotive, railway, IT, R&D and Telecom & Media sectors. The role will work autonomously on multiple projects, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update project reports and dashboards.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, write minutes and track action items.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
• Manage platform‑level projects, ensuring CAD robustness level 2 and overseeing RFQs, Product Validation Plans (PIV) and Change Management (GDM) activities.
• Launch and manage RFQs, coordinate robustness, PIV and GDM processes.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders as a PMO representative.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent Bac +5) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
• Up to 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Change Management (GDM), product robustness, automotive testing and validation, and dashboard monitoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMO tools and methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
• Excellent communication in French and English.
