Project Management Assistant – PMO Support

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a motivated Project Management Assistant to support its engineering projects across automotive, railway, IT, R&D and Telecom sectors. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and data‑driven decisions are made.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and distribute project reports and dashboards.
• Organise meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Perform advanced data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Monitor KPIs, track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage RFQs, Product Validation Plans (PIV) and Change Management (GDM) activities.
• Maintain CAD robustness level 2 and support PLM processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, quality and management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or Management.
• Up to 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with Power BI (plus).
• Experience with PMO tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of CAD robustness level 2 and CAD maturity tracking.
• Understanding of PLM and Change Management (GDM) processes.
