Project Management Lead – Morocco

About the role

AXA Global Business Services Morocco is seeking a senior leader to head its Project Management practice in Morocco. The role will shape strategy, build service offerings, and drive high‑quality delivery for AXA entities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Management strategy and service portfolio for the Morocco hub.
• Manage relationships with AXA entities, identify business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers, project managers and PMO professionals across Morocco and coordinate with the India lead.
• Oversee delivery of program management, agile delivery, change management, PMO governance and audit remediation services.
• Collaborate with other AXA GBS divisions (Technology & Security Services, Data & Analytics, Insurance Operations, Corporate Functions) to create end‑to‑end value propositions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience planning and managing complex projects and programs in the insurance sector.
• Deep understanding of insurance business processes and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead a global practice of project and program managers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C‑suite executives.
