Project Management Officer (PMO) – Engineering Master BOM

About the role

ALTEN MAROC is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the Engineering Master BOM (EMB) project. The PMO will ensure effective coordination, monitoring, and delivery of project objectives within the automotive and engineering domains.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor overall project progress, costs, schedule, and risks.
• Maintain the project roadmap and integrated timelines.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and lead project meetings, rituals, and governance bodies for EMB and REPO.
• Coordinate project teams, facilitate decision‑making and arbitrations.
• Define and apply project management methods, standards, and processes.
• Support prioritisation of activities and resource capacity tracking.
• Contribute to change‑management, adoption, and deployment activities when required.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project steering and PMO functions.
• Proficiency in planning, milestone management, risk, cost, and schedule control.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and lead governance committees.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
• Preferred: knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) environments and experience in the automotive sector.
