Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to act as a business partner for Engagement Managers and project teams. You will bring structure, methodology, and governance to ensure cost control, revenue protection, and the achievement of contractual objectives across a multicultural, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain project management processes, standards, and best practices while ensuring compliance with governance rules.
• Monitor project financial performance, analyse variances, identify risks, and support profitability optimisation.
• Support project planning, track progress, and produce concise, decision‑oriented reporting on cost, schedule, quality and risk.
• Facilitate collaboration between operational teams, management and clients, and lead governance meetings.
• Perform financial and operational analyses, develop key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project management, PMO governance and financial performance analysis.
• Proven ability to track budgets, forecast finances and control costs.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project, with solid reporting and analysis tool knowledge.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills in a multicultural setting.
• Rigor, strong organisational skills, proactive autonomy and result‑oriented mindset.
