Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to drive and monitor projects, ensuring they align with the Group's strategic objectives. As a key partner to business and operational teams, you will help structure governance and guide projects to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2, etc.).
• Create, lead, and facilitate steering committees and project reporting sessions.
• Track project progress against quality, cost, and schedule criteria.
• Communicate project status regularly to all stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks.
• Promote best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, Prince2 methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Skilled in producing reports and dashboards.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and result‑orientation.
