Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

The Project Management Officer (PMO) will drive the planning, monitoring and governance of projects to ensure they align with the Group's strategic objectives. Acting as a trusted partner to business and operational teams, the PMO will help structure, control and deliver projects successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2).
• Set up and lead steering committees, produce regular project reports and dashboards.
• Track project progress against quality, cost and schedule criteria, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, identify risks, and oversee mitigation actions.
• Promote best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
• Strong organizational, planning and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Analytical mindset, rigor and results orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Trello.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile and Prince2 methodologies.
