Project Manager

About the role

As Project Manager, you will be a core driver of our program delivery, coordinating complex, multi‑stakeholder programs from early engineering phases through operational deployment. You are responsible for meticulous coordination of cross‑functional internal teams, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met, and resolving program‑level blockers to maintain critical schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑spec delivery of complex drone systems, including hardware and software design, maintenance, customer services and training.
• Drive deliverables across engineering, technical, and operational milestones.
• Guarantee that all deliverables meet established technical and operational requirements, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery success.
• Proactively track and resolve program‑level blockers, both technical and administrative, and manage project risks.
• Identify missing project enablers and escalate internally to unblock delivery or alignment with program goals.
• Interface with internal engineering teams and external partners/suppliers to align on technical requirements, timelines, and contractual commitments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within a technology, engineering, or aerospace sector.
• Strong delivery expertise on embedded systems (hardware and software).
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high‑complexity technical industries is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of coordinating technical teams to achieve program milestones.
• Ability to manage programs in cutting‑edge or disruptive environments.
• Experience with contract management, vendor coordination, or technical transition programs is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams.
