Project Manager

About the role

Spiralyze, the largest A/B testing company in the United States, is looking for a client‑facing Project Manager to keep high‑impact experiments moving smoothly across research, design, development, analytics and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 people, ensuring tests progress from idea through build, launch and analysis while spotting risks early.
• Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations and walk clients through weekly progress and results.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, bringing clarity, positivity and momentum to keep everyone focused and motivated.

Required profile

• Strong organization and diligence – you like systems, checklists and timelines and see tasks through to completion.
• Excellent communication – you over‑communicate, proactively reach out to clients and teammates, flag risks early and ask for help when needed.
• High agency and curiosity – you learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, notice patterns and ask good questions.
