Project Manager - Life Sciences

About the role

ProductLife Group helps life sciences companies bring and maintain healthcare products on the market safely and compliantly. It is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead client and internal projects while ensuring quality, budget and timeline objectives are met. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on the management and delivery of services.
• Lead project kick-offs, share and maintain project documentation, and define project plans, schedules, governance and operating models.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, internal departments, business experts and client stakeholders.
• Monitor objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, costs and KPIs, and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, identify risks and constraints and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project changes, support feasibility and profitability evaluations, and prepare estimates, quotations, service-extension requests and invoicing information.
• Implement project governance per Standard Operating Procedures, facilitate meetings and follow up decisions.
• Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, build client roadmaps and coordinate onboarding, training, maintenance and offboarding of team members.
• Analyse processes and root causes, contribute to continuous improvement and look for ways to expand support for clients.

Required profile

• Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device or consulting is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, written and spoken.
