Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead the planning, execution and delivery of automotive projects. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional and multi‑location teams to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets while complying with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to quality specifications.
• Define project objectives, scope and deliverables aligned with customer and business requirements.
• Create and continuously update project plans and resource allocation.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional, multi‑location project teams.
• Act as primary interface between plants, headquarters, customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs, milestones, risks and overall performance.
• Identify and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with automotive, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate engineering changes and technical adjustments.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of project processes.
• Maintain strong customer communication and ensure high satisfaction.
• Escalate and resolve issues in a timely, structured manner.
• Contribute to cost optimisation and business performance of projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management within automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of automotive project management methods.
• Experience managing cross‑functional and international project teams.
• Understanding of product and process development from design to production.
• Fluent English; French and/or German are strong advantages.
• Willingness to travel as required.
