Project Manager - Music Tech Startup

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting, on behalf of its client, an execution-driven Project Manager for an early-stage music technology company building a catalog intelligence platform for rights owners. The client's SaaS solution gives music companies better visibility and management of their assets. The role suits someone who thrives in early-stage tech environments, creates structure from ambiguity and drives accountability across cross-functional teams. It is a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, optimise and manage project management systems such as Jira, Linear, Notion or similar tools, creating a central source of truth for projects, workflows, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage daily and weekly sprint cycles so priorities are clear and deadlines are met.
• Track deliverables, follow up proactively on delays and remove blockers; run daily check-ins and monitor communication channels.
• Attend team meetings, document action items and ensure follow-through.
• Anticipate risks, flag bottlenecks early and report progress to keep stakeholders aligned with the strategic plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Delivery Manager or similar in a SaaS or early-stage startup.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning and fast-paced product or technology workflows.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong communication skills, able to hold team members accountable.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams is preferred; a background in music tech, catalog management, rights management or media SaaS is a plus.
